I am pretty sure we have all known for a while that Billy Burke will be playing Charlie Swan in the upcoming Twilight movie… But here is an article on cinimatical.com that mentions him again. :)

He looks the part to me. I like where Ashley says that she has not shot any scenes with him yet, knowing how fond Charlie and Alice become of each other.
