Can’t believe Meg Cabot made that comment. Her (and the books she writes) of all people. I consider myself an accomplished woman in a man’s world. But never did I ever find the Twilight series anti-feminist. It celebrates love and romance and all the pain and angst that go with it. We do feel all those emotions when we’re in love and we do make choices (which some people can construe as sacrifices). That’s one thing I really love about the series – because it is real in that sense. I think some people are just too narrow minded and very judgemental. Live and let live, and let’s just chill it and enjoy SM’s stories.

This article made some decent arguements, but she can’t help but be inherently flawed in trying to reason with people who are just looking for a way to make the world fit into their view.
Why can’t women fall in love, be happy and have a baby without being judged as a weak victim of a male society? WHATEVER. Strong women rock, and they don’t have to try to be a feminist to be strong.
