“The Twilighters for Forks campaign was formed with the purpose of saving the Forks High School’s brick building in order to preserve author Stephenie Meyer’s vision of the school’s appearance as described in her books.” They have some great pictures showing Forks High School through the years, including one from the 1920′s that locals say shows Edward playing baseball his first time he attended the high school. Read all about it and get the details for donating here.
Novel Novice Twilight is having some Back To School themed activities including:
- Friday Nite TwiLights - “make up cheers supporting your favorite team — Team Edward or Team Jacob!”
- Fan Ficticon Challenge – write about Vampire Bella’s first day back to school/college.
- Twilight pride @ School – “Is your locker decorated? How about your notebooks or binders? Snap a photo and share it with us, by e-mailing [email protected]“
- Novel Novice Twilight has also been working diligently throughout the summer on their Twilight Yearbook and the completed project is available here (or from the Novel Novice Twilight website.) This 90 page tribute to the Forks High School characters created by the fabulous Stephenie Meyer is a must see!
