Chris Weitz Will Direct New Moon!

Entertainment Weekly is reporting that Chris Weitz is going to be the director of New Moon.
“While Summit insists “we have not yet signed Chris Weitz to do New Moon,” and Weitz’s agency says no deal has been signed, other sources say the deal is imminent, and that Summit has stopped negotiations with other potential Moon directors.”

wow so is official. I went to see the trailer of Golden Compass (did not see the movie) the special effects looked great…and well in New Moon we need those right??
2009 is going to be very interesting year…and a very very very long one indeed…
Well for now I can only go and join my fellow Twilighters at the movies tomorrow Dec 12th
