A Historic Day

The eyes of the world are on the United States of America today. It is a historic day, no matter what your political affiliations are. The administration of TwilightMOMS would like to extend a heart felt thank you to the outgoing administration and we would like to offer our support and congratulations to the new Presidency of the United States of America.
We have a very strict no politics policy here at TwilightMOMS. Discussions regarding politics tend to lead to arguments and hurt feelings, which is not the atmosphere we want to have here at TwilightMOMS. For that reason we are continuing our no politics rule even on this historic day with one exception- this blog post. Please feel free to post your respectful thoughts to the outgoing and incoming administrations in our comments section. Comments are moderated so any bashing will not be published.

This is a very responsible, gracious, and respectful post. THANK YOU. I hope the Bush family is able to enjoy retirement and I’m proud of GWB’s graciousness. I pray for the Obama family and their journey ahead. I hope that Obama is successful in his presidency and congratulate him and his supporters for their win.

Gold Bless both families, and the USA. I hope President Obama has a successful presidency, and I thank President G W Bush for his service to our country. That is a thankless job if you ask me, and I praise them both for having the courage to take it on.
