Dakota Fanning discusses New Moon Rumors

The rumors about Dakota Fanning being in talks to play Jane in New Moon have been flying all over the internet.  ET Online actually spoke with Dakota about the possibility of a role in New Moon. 

Dakota tells ET that although contracts haven’t been signed, she does hope to join the cast of ‘New Moon.’ She tells us she’s a big fan of the movie ‘Twilight’ and would really like to play a vampire, namely the sadistic bloodsucker Jane.

She confirmed that she is in talks for the role and then we should have an official announcement soon. She expressed her fandom for all things Twilight and that she would love to be in the film.
