I really hope this is true as well. I never even thought of her playing Jane before but now that it’s been mentioned it seems perfectly obvious. She definitely has the angel face and she’s such a versatile young actress I’m sure she could pull off evil really well. For some reason I thought Jane had dark brown hair in the book but the casting sheet asks for a blond.

This is amazing news for the Twilight Saga. Now, if only we could have Johnny Depp in the Volturi line-up.

Don’t love it. Nothing against Dakota Fanning. Great actress. But the part should go to a virtual unknown actress, just like all the other characters did.

I think they should get the right person for the part. Whether the actor is an unknown or not should not matter.
When I read the possibility of Dakota Fanning playing Jane, my thought was “Nice.” She would be perfect.

I think about her for Jane every time I’ve seen the Push trailer before Twilight. I really, really hope this is true! :)
