Twilight Series nominated for Kids’ Choice Awards

The Twilight Series has been nominated for a Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Award in the Favorite Book Category. It is nominated along with Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Diary of a Wimpy Kid Do It Yourself Book and the Harry Potter Series.
The voting begins March 2nd. The awards show is scheduled for Saturday March 28th. Robert Pattinson is scheduled to be a presenter.

What wonderful books/choices. The Twilight Series and the Harry Potter books are so well loved. My nephews have recently introduced me to Diary of a Wimpy Kid and the Diary of a Wimpy Kid Do It Yourself. They are both keeping diaries of the Wimpy Kid Do It Yourself and are quite pleased with themselves. I am thrilled that they are reading and writing. They are nine and six and have heard so much about TW they want to read it when they get older.
These books have all been so inspiring for getting kids to read and to write.
Of course my favorite is the TS, thanks to my daughter, who introduced Twilight to me in 2007.

The “MOMs” have always known how great these books are. I truly wish there were a category for “Best author.” Stephenie Meyer would win that award hands down. It’s so fitting that Rob will be a presenter at the awards.
