Dear Lainey,
Myself and the other “crazy fan moms” would like to thank you for posting pictures of Taylor and Kristen on your site, so that we didn’t have to hunt down where they are shooting this year and do it ourselves. I mean… really, it was exhausting and not all that much fun. Well… Okay, it was fun, but it was a lot of work gathering info and pictures while they were filming Twilight, we are just so happy that as a fandom we did all that work last year and now we have people like you who will do the work for us and we can just sit back and watch. Ahhh, It is so rewarding to be able to reap the rewards of a job well done. I guess your job is pretty much cake at this point since the fans of the books made it so easy for you with all the movie coverage we did as a fandom last year… I mean, at this point if you feel like you need to generate a little ad revenue all you have to do is throw up something that says Twilight, and you have money in the bank! How nice! At least we crazy fans are good for something eh?
Anyhow, I just wanted to thank you again for posting those pictures, and also I wanted to reassure you that my panties will certainly not be in a twist if there is “not enough Rob”… because if you knew anything about the books then you would know that that is kinda the whole point of New Moon… If they throw him in there just for fun I am certain most of the crazy fans would be quite upset because it changes the story significantly… In general its pretty safe to say we are looking forward to seeing Taylor’s portrayal of Jake, and watching him and Kristen on screen together. Just sayin’…

Is this supposed to be acting sarcastic towards Lainey? I hope so, becuase she might have pictures, but the way she talks to us Twihards is very insulting in her blogs. Anyone agree with that?

Well, I hate to be the one to say it….but you don’t have to read her blogs. Just like the admins tell people they don’t have to be members if they don’t like the way the site is run. There is so much mania right now that to non-Twilight fans, any fan is a “crazy fan”.
It’s a two-way street. Just saying….

True Sarah. Honestly I am not all that bothered by what she said, but it does get a little old.
I get that not everyone understands why so many moms like the books, but sometimes its irritating being seen as EXTRA crazy because we are not 14.
I am sure it won’t hurt her feelings to have someone respond to her though.

I for one won’t be going to this Lainey person’s site just to increase her ad revenue. I’ll just wait for the movie.
I’d love to tell her what to do with her vicious comments about Twilight fans and Twilight Moms as well as her gossip page.

I actually find her site entertaining. So she hasn’t jumped on the bandwagon. So what?
My hubby is the exact same way she is. If you’re not in on Twilight or the saga… Here’s a little secret: Most people think we’re nuts.
I wasn’t. I didn’t want to read the book or see the movie. Than I read them and became hooked. Some people did others didn’t.
The movie wasn’t all that great either I may add. Book was by far better.
I am a Canadian. I adore Lainey. I adore Twilight.
Twilight fans have at times been crazy and obsessive. There’s no denying that. She calls them out. Big deal.

I don’t think anyone thinks this is going to hurt Lainey. She knows what she is, and her venom isn’t reserved merely for all things Twilight. Her vicious comments can be seen towards most celebrities. She makes money off of hate. I’m sure she’ll giggle with glee if she hears of this letter.
Pure and simple — I don’t support people who make money off of hate.

I don’t go to her site, ever!!
I don’t like what she says, how she says it, what she insinuates, quite honestly what she stands for (and that goes for all these type of sites too)
I know my single hit not given really doesn’t make a difference in the grand scheme of things, but it’s a start and I really wish other’s wouldn’t give her hits either.
If there are pictures to be seen, I’d rather give the hits to another Twilight or actor fan site than to her and her ilk. The pics will get there eventually (and it;’s not like they don’t take pics from other sites for their use either).
It’s just alittle sad that people make money from putting other people down. All the time.

No, I won’t. Lainey is not the only person who will have access to set photos. Some of us have chosen not to access her site…ever. She’s right up there with TMZ.

At first when I was directed to Lainey’s site via a Twilight website, I was insulted. However, when I clicked on other celebrities, especially ones that I don’t like, I thought she was hilarious. She’s out to get everyone, which makes me wonder what in her life made her such a sad person, but she’s still funny. I, personally, would NEVER write her a letter defending Twilight fans. Have you heard the phrase “adding fuel to the fire”. She’d be more shocked if NO ONE replied to her posts. Which is what we all should do.

Like I have said before, there ARE lots of crazy Twilight fans, LOTS of them. But, I have no problem defending the non-crazies
