If there’s one thing the entertainment industry has learned in the past year, it’s that you should never underestimate the power of the Twilighters. The big-screen adaptation of Stephenie Meyer’s beloved novel surprised prognosticators last November by opening to record-breaking numbers, and the mere thought of Robert Pattinson and Cam Gigandet accepting an award onstage seems like enough to get thousands of teenage fingers clicking on that “vote” button. OME, indeed.
