Robert Pattinson as Frank Sinatra?

People.com has an article about the casting of an upcoming biopic about Frank Sinatra. Apparently the lead role of Frank Sinatra has not be cast yet and People wants to know who you think should play Ol’ Blue Eyes. They’ve narrowed it down to Leonardo DiCaprio, Johnny Depp, Justin Timberlake, Joe Jonas and Robert Pattinson. You can read their reasoning behind their choices and cast your vote here.

i just want to say that if a jonas brother is picked to play sinatra, i will shoot myself.

I agree about shooting myself over Jonas being chosen. And don’t everybody hate me at once but I have to go with Leo on this one ( Plus Scorsese likes working with Leo).

Joe Jonas?? Really? Do they plan on anyone besides my daughter’s 3rd grade class seeing the movie? Not sure if Leo sings, so if they go with anyone besides the god Rob, it’s gotta be Justin–he can sing (hello!!), he can dance, he can act, and good lord does he have those blue eyes.

I agree. It should be Leo. Although, Justin Timberlake actually surprised me with some work he’s done.
He’s a very good actor which shocked me. (see Alpha Dog) A perk to having Justin do it would be his ability to actually sing any of the songs himself.

I’ll join the ‘shoot myself if a jonas brother is picked’ club.
I def think Leo would do a good job as FS but i agree with Lisa JT was really good in Alpha Dog and he can sing too which is always good if your doing a singing role.

I have been a fan of Frank Sinatra for many years, even a member of the International Sinatra Society – yeah Twilight Moms need not make fun of me for that
Anyway, I think Justin could probably pull it off, as could Leo. Would like to see Rob take a crack at it though.
