Chris Weitz announces new project

New Moon director Chris Weitz has announced his new project, a “small movie” called The Gardener.
He also mentioned something about New Moon that I loved hearing:
[Weitz] said there will be some noticeable stylistic differences between the first film, directed by Catherine Hardwicke, and his “New Moon.”
“I like classical films, I’m kinda an old fogey in that way. Catherine… is very much more contemporary. This will look and feel like an old romance.”
An old romance, *sigh* isn’t that what New Moon really is? I mean, if you add in some vampires, werewolves, motorcycles and a yellow sportscar, of course.
