Mike & Ike – and Alex too!

One of our Volturi Moms was at the grocery earlier this week and came across these at Albertson’s:
They look pretty yummy, don’t they? And as a TM Blog reader, you may also see something else that is just as cool as a new, mouth watering candy….Alex’s Lemonade Stand right there at the top of the box!
That’s right, the Official TwilightMOMS Charity, Alex’s Lemonade Stand, is on the new Mike & Ike Lemonade Blends candy!
MIKE AND IKE Lemonade Blends kicks off Just Born’s [their parent company] partnership with the Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. The MIKE AND IKE Brand will make a minimum donation of $100,000 per year for at least three years to the Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation to assist in its fight to cure childhood cancer.
So make sure you look for the Mike & Ike Lemonade Blends where ever you shop (we have no Albertson’s here, so I think I’ll check Kroger’s) and support the company who supports the fight against childhood cancer. It doesn’t much sweeter (ha!) than that.
