Twilight Research Project at Twicon

Many of you will remember the first stage of the Twilight Research Project that we were invited to participate in. Now these researchers are entering stage two of their project and are going to be holding interviews at TwiCon.

Hello, TwilightMOMS! We are Twilight fans and researchers from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and many of you filled out our Twilight survey a few months ago. We’re now moving on to the second phase of our study, and we’re doing interviews with fans at TwiCon. Our study is exploring Twilight fans’ experiences with Twilight and interpretations of the books. We are particularly interested in interviewing teens and male fans, given that they are underrepresented in our sample thus far. If you and/or someone you know is interested in being interviewed at TwiCon, then please contact [email protected] or [email protected]. After finishing our data collection and analysis, we will release a report of the findings. Thank you all for your help with our project.
