Xavier Samuel cast as Riley

The Hollywood Reporter’s Risky Biz Blog is reporting that Xavier Samuel has been cast as Riley in Eclipse.
An unknown Australian actor named Xavier Samuel has landed the first new role in “Eclipse,” the third “Twilight” pic.
This information has not been confirmed by Summit or Xavier’s managment company so it is still just a rumor at this point.
What do you all think? If it turns out to be true do you like Xavier’s casting as Riley?
UPDATE: EW.com is reporting that Summit has confirmed Xavier’s casting as Riley.
Summit confirms that Australian actor Xavier Samuel has been tapped to play Riley, Victoria’s favorite recruit in her army of newly-turned, strong-but-inept vampires built to aid her mission of murdering Bella.

Seems much more realistic for the character than one of the last rumors I heard, where the guy was better known (Channing Tatum maybe) and might have had a bigger presence, which I don’t think would be right.

Looks OK. (better than GI Joe, I mean Channing Tatum!)..but I have to admit I was hoping for Tom Felton.

Very believable! He has that innocent-on-the-verge-of-seduction quality to him that is essential for Riley. The age is exactly right, too. Good choice!
