Glad you are liking them so far!! We had a great time in Vancouver- i just wish we were there for a day shoot so I could have taken some pics!! Oh well there’s always Eclipse!!

Great interview! Glad that they care so much about New Moon. Fingers crossed for Eclipse, but . . .

I find it funny that AGAIN there was a slight change in schedules to accomodate the “Jessica” character’s scheduled, yet with Rachelle . . . Eclipse WILL NOT be the same!

Great interview!! I have high hopes for New Moon, and at least this guy seems to understand the dynamics of how things play out and the difficult relationships that develop. I wonder who they’ll get to direct Breaking Dawn. I have reservations about how Eclipse will turn out because of the loss of Rachelle, whom I adored as Victoria, and also the director. We shall see. “We’ll be watching!” Fingers, toes, and fangs crossed. Oops. Wrong vamps!

I’m so glad that he acknowledged the lack of an actual meadow in the first film and how that was a disappointment for fans who saw that as a defining element and scene from the book. It makes me so happy that they seem to be trying so hard to connect the first and second films in a consistent way while still trying to add in even more of the key places, moments and character elements that fans envisioned while reading the stories.

Great interview. I love that he is able to be constant between all the movies and compare/contrast how they are going. I , too, am looking forward to how they pull of the birth scene in BD. I’m excited that he’s optimistic that they can do it and in a PG-13 way. Thanks for the interview. Keep the good stuff coming!
