E! Dishes on New Moon Soundtrack

So like some fans out there, E! was slightly saddened that Rob Pattinson’s vocals won’t be featured on the New Moon Soundtrack. The article also discusses that the soundtrack will be mainly filled with Indie rock rather then pop. Not that the first album was pop, but one would begin to assume something that dominates pop culture like the Twilight Saga might sell out to the bubble gum type music crowd. E! states:
Somehow, with pictures of Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, and Kristen Stewart on the cover, we doubt it’ll have a hard time selling by the thousands—the first film’s disc went double platinum and featured largely no-name musicians.
