Posted on 08. Sep, 2009 by AmyO in News
Peter Facinelli tweeted that he has won the Mr. World Twitter competition and thanked everyone for voting.
I am now MR. WORLD TWITTERNELLI. Thanks to all the fans who voted. http://tinyurl.com/mc5vxy Still awaiting my prize. The little blue bird.

And just because this made me laugh out loud- Peter tweeted this yesterday:
Happy Labor Day. At my daughter’s soccer practice. I’m the one in the green hooded jacket in 90 degree weather trying to hide from the sun.
My day at the park…” Is that the unibomber? No, just PFach trying to stay pale. “

Now that’s dedication at it’s best…….. But I honestly thought he was hiding from the crazed fans that will stake out in “Stealth mode” just to get a glimpse of Dr. Cullen. LOL.. PFach…. we are lovin u! (PS..Jennie Garth …She truly is an amazing chick and mother who keeps her life as close to normal as possible) LOVE yall…

I agree, he is totally dedicated. I love his tweets. I have to stay covered up a ball games for medical reasons, but trying to stay pale for his character is the coolist. Peter is the greatest. Jennie is cool too.

Aww – the things actors have to do for their roles. Wow, never considered staying out of the sun as one. But, then again, I did hear Tom Welling has a no tanning rule too, since Superman/KalEl would be immune to that. Hope everyone is taking vitamin D to supplement the lack of rays. : )

It’s wonderful that he’s still very much an involved Dad, going to (sometimes) great lengths just to be with his kids in the things that are important to them! I’ve heard that Jennie is of the same dedicated mind-set, so “Good on ya both!” for being loving parents first and foremost!
I did wonder, though, Peter — why not just use a huge umbrella to protect yourself from the sun? No need to roast yourself in a hoodie – unless you were trying to be incognito??
