Ok, true confession time…. when we started planning The New Moon Experience and I found out that The Mitch Hansen Band was performing I thought they was a great addition to our event. I had heard a couple of their songs and thought they sounded good so I was glad they were going to be doing a concert. It wasn’t really the highlight of the event for me but I was looking forward to it. Then everything changed- I went to TwiCon and heard The Mitch Hansen Band live. OH MY GOODNESS!!! They are amazing!!! Now I can not wait to see them perform live again! These guys put on a fantastic show! You do not want miss out on this concert, I promise!
Larry Carroll (MTV’s Mr. Made of Awesome) recently stated that The Mitch Hansen Band is ” arguably the most talented and popular of a collection of musicians who compose songs about Stephenie Meyer’s vivid “Twilight” universe” and I have to say I couldn’t agree more. I .LOVE Mitch….but I don’t think it is fair to “diss” the other Twilight bands by declaring him the “most talented”…especially when things are not reported in proper context. Larry said Mitch was “arguably” the most talented….which means, it’s a matter of opinion. Personally, I think the BCP and TMG are just as talented. All three come from different backgrounds…teen singer-songwriters, young women singer-songwriters and a young family man. They all have a different sound, which appeals to different people.

I apologize, I did not mean to diss any of the other Twilight related band by any means. I agree that they are all very talented groups in different ways.

Well said! I’m totally addicted to their music since TwiCon! They are seriously just awesome guys! It was fun working w/ them at TwiCon and the concert was awesome!! **lots of fun memories!!**

I really like that song, but didn’t care much for the video- just different shots of a girl that is upset (frown…. hands over face…. frown again…. hands over face again…) not really feelin it on this one. just one person’s thought though.
