The Deadbolt.com has a brief article on Rob’s serious apprehension about watching himself on the big screen (or on any screen for that matter). Rob does make some PG statements in the article so just be warned before you check it out.

According to Now Magazine, Twilight Saga actor Robert Pattinson feels uncomfortable watching himself on screen, recently Twilight revealing to The Guardian that when he watches his non Twilight Saga work, it feels self absorbing.

That’s interesting. I’ve read that Johnny Depp never watches any of his own movies. I don’t think it’s because he feels “self absorbing” about it. I mean, he’s Johnny Depp…

Many actors don’t like watching themselves. It has to be like athletes watching a game reel, they spend the whole time critiquing instead of just watching.

This isn’t really anything new, at least not for those who have watched the movie commentary. I also understand though, it can be difficult to watch recordings of myself.
