Have I mentioned how much I ♥ Chris Weitz? Every interview and Q&A I read makes me fall a little harder. He really gets New Moon and the Twilight fandom. In an interview with People Magazine he reveals that his goal is to make us cry.
“We’ve tried our best to deliver on the romantic scenes in the film, and I would like to be able to produce more tears than any movie before, if possible”

My admiration for Chris W. grows with each interview he gives – he is definitely a class act!! I think he’s also just as modest as Rob is about himself, and what he’s brought to this movie.
Chris, I don’t think you’ll be fading into the background after this movie is released! We know what you look like, and we’ll remember to (sincerely) thank you for everything you’ve done in taking care of this movie!!

Me too, AmyO. Every time I read an interview or listen to him talk I am so impressed. And surprised. He’s so much more down to earth and approachable than I ever thought he would be.
