That was a great interview from Chris. The only part I didn’t like was the interviewers apparent annoyance and complaints about the shirtless wolf pack. If the shirtless wolf pack wasn’t part of the books, I might be bothered. However, as I recall, the guys are shirtless through most of the stories and it seemed to be for practical reasons, though Stephanie had the right to create the fantasy of the wolf pack in any way she pleases.
Just to reiterate, it was amazing to hear CW’s brilliant and informative reflections. I was left a little annoyed by the interviewer’s annoyance at the guys bodies being forefront in the marketing – as if women aren’t objectified on the big screen 24/7. Ha!

I loved this wonderful interview, too! CW is extremely well spoken, his answers are deeply felt and touch many levels – he doesn’t skim surfaces and that keeps his interviewer on his toes, too. I’m so thankful for Chris!

I loved his answer about Kristen’s performance being the strong point of this film, with the wolf pack and diamond effect being icing on the cake. She deserves every ounce of praise!

RebeccaK, I felt the same way about the interviewer’s annoyance over shirtless wolfpack members, and his insinuation that the female audience was being pandered to in that way, in order to sell more tickets. The shoe’s on the other foot now, and he doesn’t like it.

Can’t wait for the second part of this interview! Again, I am soooo thankful that Chris understands the depth, the emotional levels, and all the nuances of this series!! Less than a month to go now!
