For this weeks giveaway I am SO excited to feature one of my favorite etsy shops, whichgoose. I first discovered whichgoose a little over a year ago when I was preparing for my trip to Forks. My friends and I were sharing a cabin and had planned kindof a ya-ya-esque night where we each had our own TwilightMOM headdress… Yes. you read that correctly. Well, I was looking for inspiration on the internet and I discovered the most magical gem of a shop I had ever seen. I was completely enamored, and I remain so to this day.
I asked Emily, the creator of whichgoose to tell us a little about herself and the item she is giving away today:
My name’s Emily Zych and I’m a dreamer at heart. I love all things whimsical and fantasy-driven… which I why I love to create magical hair pieces! I love that someone can wear something I’ve made and feel transformed. I’ve been selling on Etsy for almost 2 years now and it has really been so much fun. I feel very lucky to be able to create things that people will actually wear! (It’s still shocking to me sometimes!)
I made this Twilight-inspired piece with the obvious “apple” theme… but tucked in a few little extras.
The leaves are meant to be kind of shady… representative of a thickly forested Forks, Wa. Also, the sparkly vintage bead is a bit like Edward when he walks into the sunlight. Also, there is a plain red bauble, because where there are vampires, there is blood. I’ve also added some little roses to this one as a nod to Bella’s birthday cake
There’s probably a lot more than you can read into with it, but I’ll leave that up to your imagination!

i can’t decide. So I’m going to be greedy and say I have two favorites. The Kelly – natural vine crown and the Willa – floral wire crown. I think that whichgoose’s etsy shop was the very first shop I ever hearted.
I love her work. I have never ordered from her, but I have plans to do so in the near future.

It wall so pretty and princessey…beautiful! I really like the butterfiles, but to actually pick one was difficult so I ended up picking the persephone – moss wire crown. It has moss and it is sparkley or clear looking…twilighit looking.

Wow! Those are Beautiful!!! I would have to say that the elinor – natural hair comb is my favorite though! It reminds me of the flowers I wore in my hair at my wedding 7 years ago

I love the Juliet wire rose most, but truly would love to get my hands on that custard vintage net hat (If I could only find somewhere to wear it….). Thanks for continuing to give us new, unique and expressive designers and vendors.

Wow… I wish I’d seen this before I got married: darcy and elizabeth – bridal set — so, so pretty!! Alas since that deed is done, I’d say my favorite is the ruby – whimsical hair comb — beautiful – so creative!

I absolutely love the sunny – whimsical wire band. It is so pretty. I love flowers and butterflies!!! Its simple but amazing at the same time! It is so girlie and pretty. The butterfly looks so real I almost expect it to fly away when you put it on. I suddenly have the urge to skip through a meadow. I am so bookmarking that site and going on a shopping spree with my next paycheck. It makes me feel so pretty…..

I am so sad that I didn’t know about this site when i got married! They’re all perfect. Sadly, most of them don’t go with my much-more-drab-than-a-wedding-dress wardrobe. So I think my favorite would have to be the “scout natural hair comb” because I’d be able to wear it more often. They’re beautiful!

I loved the Sonata! I think I need it before my next tropical vacation. I was disappointed to see that she isn’t taking custom orders now. My soon to be sister-in-law is looking for a hair piece for her wedding.

How can you choose just one! For this time of year I love Red Fern! It would go with anything and look stunning. My next favorite for Spring would be Beatrix. My husband even loved all of the hair accessories and said that I could buy anyone that I want. Yeah!

I had a hard time chosing just one item they were all so beautiful. I ended up picking the dancer butterfly comb. I love butterflies and thought this item was very pretty.

I love the Falling Leaves Harvest Comb. Beautiful! It reminds me so much of the time of year we’re in, even if we don’t have changing leaves in the desert.

They are all so beautiful, if I have to pick a favorite I’d say that it is elinor, it just seems like it would fit my personality perfectly. But I also really love beatrix, there is just something so simple and beautiful about it. And ofcourse I have a huge soft spot for the beautiful twilight inspired comb, it is so perfect!

The Little Red Riding-Ribbon Rose Comb is my favorite! I can see a modern day Little Red Riding Hood wearing this. Very beautiful! Simple but perfect.

All of these pieces really are beautiful! I didn’t think I would have difficulty picking just one. I am torn! I’m absolutely 100% in love with the Darcy & Elizabeth bridal set (the Elizabeth comb) AND the Eden vintage flower comb. They are both simply beautiful, either one fits my personality!

I am disappointed that the Apple themed Twilight comb was not on the website, but there were so many other beautiful ones listed. My top three favorites are the Elizabeth Simple Red Tiara, the White Oleander Vine Crown, and the Ruby Whimsical Hair Comb.
