Call me crazy, I got a tear in my eye when Kristen said confidently and passionately that she wants Chris W. to direct Breaking Dawn.
On another note, I wonder what this says about the actors’ experience with David Slade and their perception of his work.
I guess I’ll let myself get through NM before I stress over Eclipse.

I agree that Chris Weitz would be the best for Breaking Dawn! Yes, I know I have not seen New Moon yet but with what the cast has said about him makes me think that he is really great to work with and with the insane things that happen in Breaking Dawn Chris would be the calm guy that could get them all through it.
I’m sure David Slade has done a great job and Eclipse with be super awesome.

This is a great interview! I think its great to see how much she likes her character and the saga. I’m so thrilled to hear that she wants Chris to do Breaking Dawn. Yes I was wondering that too, RebeccaK, it didn’t seem like she had that great of a perception of David Slades work. I’m really nervous about Eclipse.
