New Moon Press Pre-Screening Reactions

Last night members of the press were able to attend a pre-screening of New Moon in preparation for today’s press junket. Although they aren’t officially allowed to say anything they have been tweeting about it and from those tweets it sounds like we are going to be very pleased. The Twilight Lexicon has compiled a list of those tweets-
“I was very impressed not only by the visual effects and the movie, but by the acting itself. Chris Weitz is bad ass.”
“Just saw New Moon. Better than Twilight and crowd just applauded at end. Leaves on a soap opera sting….”

This is fabulous news. I sat hear screeching in my chair. FANTASTIC!
Even so, I’m trying to drop my expectations because,
“EXPECTATIONS REDUCE THE JOY IN LIFE.”
Right now I’m feelin’ joyful.

Anticipation just increased…..But what did the comment “leaves on a soap opera sting” mean? Oh, more anticipation!!!
I’ll never get it out of my system until all the movies are out.

I am so beyond excited, I bought my tickets about a month ago for the 12:01am showing on release day and I can honestly say, I haven’t slept well since then, I can NOT wait!!!!

I’m loving all of the positive reactions from the pre-screening! I’m def bringing some tissues with me to the theatre. Reading all this stuff gets me even MORE excited for the movie…can’t wait!

So envious of them! Can’t wait! Wish I was going to the midnight showing…but I can settle for Friday =)
