   Oh they put him on the spot there with the gossip but he handled that pretty well. Was that the last stop at the NM promo tour?

   Rob is brilliant! I don’t have even an mm of the quick wit and smarts he possesses. That is a huge part of what is so attractive about him. I’m glad he let go of the seriousness of some of the early interviews and brought back the hilarity that we all so enjoy. Go Rob!

   Is it just me, or does Matt Lauer seem a tiny bit frustrated that he can’t get a serious answer out of Rob. Hehe, too funny.

   I think Matt, the producers and Rob had planned the “tabloid” questions in advance. Matt had to ask the questions that “fans” want to hear but he also wanted to show the ridiculousness of it and allow Rob to be silly about it as well. Otherwise Matt would not have asked the dating “someone whose name rhymes with” he would have just come out and asked. I thought it was well handled and funny. Much better than Letterman.
