100 Monkeys new CD available now!

A couple of our TwilightMOMS, Kim & Mary, were able to attend the 100 Monkey’s concert at the Viper Room on Sunday.  Kim was kind enough to do a write up for us.

Go bananas, it’s Grape!

Grape, the eagerly anticipated follow up to 100 Monkeys album, Monster De Lux, is now available for download through their online store and to celebrate the debut, with usual monkey panache, the guys put on two shows last Sunday in Los Angeles. The first was an all ages show held at a fun, retro club, The Mint, with those dressed as grapes invited backstage for a meet and greet. That evening, the band headlined a show at the always exciting Viper Room. We’d hoped to have a few minutes to chat with the band, however, there were so many lovely fans vying for their attentions that we decided to just enjoy that bit of the show from afar! Thanks again to Uncle Larry and Jerad for the quick chat and pictures. Fingers crossed that we’ll be lucky enough to get some time with the troop entire while on their newest tour. 

It was great to see how the guys have evolved as musicians and performers after several months of touring around the U.S. and Canada. To continue the album’s promotion, the guys are soon to kick off an ambitious 100 city tour; check out their MySpace and official Monkey site to for shows near you!

    nope, sorry darlin :) j. rad (jerad anderson) is photographed with his new mohawk hairstyle, while ben johnson has some facial hair action going on that ‘s looking pretty cool. thanks for the interest!
