I’m 25 year old mother of 1 and Assistant Manager at a hotel. Yes I am a total Twilight Mom but what is even crazier is that my whole staff looks at me crazy because I’ve turned to them all into Twihards and put on my wish list for secret santa at work “Anything Twilight affiliated” lol. I’m now starting to doubt my own Sanity but I still love it!

I started reading the Twilight series after seeing the Twilight movie. Needless to say once I picked up the first book I couldn’t put them down! I finished the series in 6 days which isn’t too crazy in itself, but considering I have four kids and a husband who had to wash their clothes and cook all week, I kinda have to wonder what I was thinking doing that! Well… I do know what I was thinking, but my husband can’t know that! :0)

How has Twilight has made you question your sanity? Well, when I look outside and it’s cloudy, I get excited because I can dream that Edward would be coming to my house. My son came off of the school bus today and asked me why the snow sparkled. What almost came out of my mouth was “Because Edward sparkles”. But I bit my tongue to give my son the correct answer. When I see dead deer on the side of the road, I can’t help but think that he was there “eating”. My husband puts on his flannel jacket and I think of Charlie when he has it on. Now only if he has a mustache…… I either listen to the Twilight or New Moon sountrack daily or watch Twilight daily. I can’t wait to own New Moon. I’m a 31 year old and I will be once again going to the midnight release of Eclipse with all the other 20 year old out there. My world revolves around Edward. If I had my way, I would put my Edward poster above my bed instead of in my daughter’s room. I day dream daily of Edward. I have even had a dream of Edward and I getting it on. That was a good dream…… I’m so wrapped up in Twilight that whenever my kids see anything Twilight, that have to yell it out, like at the mall today. I saw a New Moon sweatshirt that I totally loved and I so wanted to approach it and touch it, but I took a step back. My son (who is 5), yelled out the New Moon sweatshirt and asked me if I wanted to take it. Man, I have never had so many people look at me like I was crazy. I could go on forever about how much Twilight has taken over my world, but I do have work to do and I’m sure you don’t want me to go on and on and on and on and on. I’m like the engergizer bunny, I keep going and going and going and going…..
Thanks and I hope I win.

I’m revamping for the 3rd time now. I’ve never re-read a book before in my life. I recently purchased a book from one of my “old” favorite author’s and it just sits there on my dresser under all my Twilight books. When I’m out & about when I see anything Twilight my heart skips a beat! Today I purchased a Teen Magazine cause it’s filled with nothing but Twilight pics & articles. I go to bed each night listen to either the Twilight or New Moon soundtrack. I’ve had some great Edward dreams! I have my Twilight poster hung up on the inside of my closet & find ALL sorts off reasons I just have to go in my closet so I can check it out! I have 1 twilight sticker on my vehicle but would Love to put more but know my Hubby would joke me way too much. I’m 36 w/ 2 kids. I have Twilight in my thoughts daily….that really has had me question my sanity at times. But I’m loving every minute of it!!!

My sister talked me into reading the books, originally I hadn’t heard to much about Twilight but finally I gave in and downloaded Twilight on my Kindle. Well I was hooked from about 10 pages on. I read all four books in about 5 days. Then I watched Twilight and fell in love with the actors protraying the characters. That was at the beginning of October and then I found out New Moon was coming out and was super excited. I went to the 12am showing of it opening day and loved it. My mom, sister and I all love the books and movies and all have our favorite characters. My mother is Team Edward, my sister is Team Jacob and I am Team Everyone lol I love them all. I guess the thing about Twilight that makes me question my sanity is just sometimes I will think about the books and just laugh at some parts for no apparent reason. Anyone looking at me during one of those times would think I was crazy. I’m not crazy just happy with my Twilight memories. I need to read the books again. This will be my third time reading each one.

How has Twilight questioned my sanity? Well, my nephew is home on leave from Iraq and he thinks I’m so over-the-top on Twilight, he almost tried an intervention at his homecoming party – until he found out his girlfriend is also a HUGE Twilight fan. Needless to say, she and I got along famously! Sweet girl, she made him take her to New Moon!!

I thought I was going crazy after I read the books for the third time. (The third time I tried to keep it a secret from my family, so they would not send me to the funny farm). I confirmed my insanity when I began looking for shining silver Volvos. Thank you TwilighMoms for letting me know I will have company in the padded room my family sends me to.

How has Twilight made me question my sanity? Well, when the books first came out I was totally not going to read them. All of my friends were reading them and totally comparing their husbands to Edward. I thought THEY were insane. Then my friend brought the books over one night when I was packing to move. I needed a break and all of my books were packed. I decided I would read it. Well, I was hooked and totally couldn’t even pack because I was completely lost in the books. I have read them almost 6 times since (Feb. 2009 was the first time). I think about them constantly, talk about them all of the time, dream about them. My husband has tried to take them away and I almost lynched him. I have completely lost all sense of priority- as they have become my #1 and I have 5 kids!!!

Twilight made me question my sanity when I actually went to the doctor while ready New Moon. I started experiencing heart flutters but found out I was getting way to into the books.
It was well worth it. I even read it again.

Sanity… yeah. I don’t remember it well. I think it disappeared when I had my twins in 07… but I question it pretty frequently lately. Like when I work on my plans for our first big family vacation which coinsides my first ever con in may… hey the hotel has a water park and is near a zoo- that makes it family friendly. or when I woke up from a nap still feverish sunday afternoon and was worried I missed out on the TM Movie adoptions I wanted!!!
Twilight is a pretty consuming fandom but hey- it is fun.

I thought all the adults were crazy reading these books but I was curious so I started reading the series. I read through all the books within a week’s time. My husband was completely perplexed; he still does not understand it. My mom was laughing the other day because she heard about these “Twilight Mom people” and how “obsessed” they were about the series. I took that moment to point out to her that I am a TwilighMOM and PROUD of it!
When my friend and I went to see “New Moon” we were trying to decide what to wear. She teased me and asked if I was going to wear an Edward t-shirt. Unfortunately I do not have a t-shirt but she has no idea how close I was to going out and buying one just to wear to the movie!!

I started questioning my sanity when I read the entire series four times in three weeks. I was truly worried when I called in to work so I could finish reading Breaking Dawn. I just couldn’t put it down. I literally did nothing else except read and even tried to get out of going places.

I was more concerned with others sanity than worrying about my own!!! I questioned it, because in taking that step and not denying the possibility, it shows that sanity is still in place! I passed!!
Linda (Ah-h-h*It'sLove)
09. Dec, 2009
I really questioned others sanity! I finally took the step to question my own, just because in acknowledging the possibility and taking the time to review it, I could verify that I still maintined my sanity! Whereas denying it, tends to be an arrow pointing more clearly to the likelyhood that sanity is indeed lost. Thanks to TM !!

okay, I know I was questioning my sanity when sitting @ work, I starting crying reading “New Moon” and had to get up and walk away before a customer saw me balling my eyes out. My co-workers thought I had lost it (I am 32 and shouldn’t feel this way!!).
Also, using AT &T Navigator to tell me how far Forks WA was from Baltimore MD was a little crazy too…and even crazier that I thought it would make a great summer vacation this summer LOL

How has Twilight made me question my sanity?! I had bought the book for my daughter and one day, I saw it sitting there, unread, and decided to give it a try. Within 5 days, I had downloaded and read the other three books, and am now re-reading the series for the third time! Who does that?! Then, I downloaded the Twilight movie from iTunes and watched it repeatedly on my iPod touch! I started to think I might need help. It wasn’t until I found myself sitting in an interminable line for the 9pm Twilight followed by the 12:01 showing of New Moon that I realized that I might have a problem… except that there were plenty of normal moms, all the cool moms, in line with me! See New Moon again later that day, again later that week. No, I don’t have a problem! Denial was once again my cohort. T-shirts, got ‘em. Bella dress: bought it and wore it to the family party, along with coordinating clothing for the family picture. All things Twilight began to gravitate towards me. Desktop photos of Jacob and Edward grace my electronics, and there is a countdown clock on my iPod for June 30. Order Bite Me pads from LobotoME, subscribe to TwilightMoms feed, no problem. The problem hit me square in the face when my husband 86′ed the Twilight-themed Christmas cards. I need help! I need more Twilight!

Not only do I question my sanity day to day, but hour to hour and some hours even minute to minute.
I think Twilight, day dream Twilight, dream dream Twilight. Daily I want to watch Twilight, listen to the sound tracts, or read the books again and again. It’s become my one and only hobby, interest, and obsession.
Sigh…

How has loving Twilight made me question my sanity? Not only does my husband not understand, but I had no one to talk to about my obsession before TwilightMOMS. I was beginning to think that, because of my utter obsession with Twilight, that I was one-of-a-kind and lacking my sanity. My friends (even my girlfriends) looked at me weird and made fun of me (even after dragging two of them to the Twilight midnight showing). My sister-in-law believed I was crazy and, because of this, I thought I was alone. Utterly alone in my obsession. Thank the Lord for TwilightMOMS!

Hmmmm, where to begin LOL I am a married English woman with two kids living in the US with my American husband. My BFF in the whole world Laycie told me about the books I am ashamed to say my view was very negative. I couldn’t see how a book about vampires, who don’t attack people, could be any good…then one random Sunday, about three weeks before the movie came out I got so bored that I decided, What The Hey….I read all four books in three days and went to the movie 8 times in the theatre. I have turned my entire English family into Twihards, along with several people at work. I’ve already seen New Moon 8 times and plan on going several more before it leaves the theatres.
My obssession reached such crazy levels that my husband challenged me that if I went 2 hours without talking about Twilight or the books he would let me buy tickets for the Eclispe Experience in June 2010…I failed after about 30 seconds but he was kind enough to buy a ticket for me anyway. My husband says that every converation I have turns into something to do with Twilight…he says my favorite phrase is “That reminds about…..that happens in Twilight”
I know there are a lot of people out there who are insane about Twilight, but mine has to be even more abnormal when Twihards I know call me Obsessive and totally, completely INSANE!!
I hope I win I saw these at the New Moon Experience but couldn’t get any. LOVE IT and LOVE TWILIGHTMOMS.COM

Listen. I win this hands down. Simply go to my blog and look at the New Moon party I threw. Undoubtedly, you will ALSO question my sanity.
My party was so outrageous that the newspaper from the capitol city had me take pictures and write an article about it. Plus, it’s going to be published in a magazine in June (pre-Eclipse), and we had a visit from 20th Century Fox. You’ll have to read the post to understand the details!
Mind you, I’m a mother of a toddler and currently the only breadwinner in the household who is trying to get a business off the ground, while putting my husband through graduate school. Could only an insane woman put that many hours into a party about teenage love and loss? See, I just questioned my sanity again.

I am a 26yrold mom of two boys, I have re-read all the books countless times and every time I read it I fall in love with the story all over again! I have my favorite lines from every book and have made wallpapers with them. My husband thinks I am silly to be this obsessed with a saga.
But in the end its my little escape in the evenings, I cant wait till Eclipse comes out and I even applied to be an extra in Breaking Dawn!

I have 2 daughters and l love twilight, i’m pretty obsessed with this saga, its pretty hard for me try to find time for this reading the books, so i read when they are napping and slepping. I buy every magazine where they are mentioned. My husband buys me every book, but he things my obsession its petty funny and cute. My sister in law and myself made desserts about the movie. We already saw the movie 3 times and we are gonna watch it for a 4 time.
I think my babies and my husband one of this day are gonna say enough! i hope its not soon

I don’t know if twilight has made me question my sanity. Or maybe it has. I guess the fact that I am in denial about it is proof. I dream about Bella and Jacob together. Any time I have a moment for daydreaming, I think about how I would have ended the second book. I find myself doodling twilight pictures in my journal. It’s kind of pathetic, actually.

Well I freak out everytime I see a shiny silver volvo, I classify people I pass in the mall in my head whether they would fall under werewolf, vampire or human,, I saw a sparkly snowman lawn ornament and thought oh he is a vampire, my baby name list for my last baby was Alice, Bella for girls and Emmett, Jasper for boys…we ended up using Jasper as a middle name, My christmas tree is a twilight tree, I had an anxiety attack lending twilight to my mother in law, I paid to see new moon 2x in theater and would have gone more if hubby hadn’t said no, I get giddy if I see people reading twilight on the bus or in the mall and have a sudeen urge to talk to them, I could go on….

im a 27 yr old mother of 2. For christmas i asked for another collection of the twilight books to keep on a shelf. Where NOBODY can touch them. My husband was like why you already have all 4 and i was like but yeah they have been read so many times. I feel bad that my books are so abused and i need a nice set. My boxer got ahold of my eclipse book and chewed the front of the hard back, thats another story and melt down, lol. So needless to say he thinks that im crazy and so does everyone else who hears why i need another set. so that is the tip of my insanity .

Why does Twilight question my sanity? Well let me start by saying I am 41 years old and have never felt this way about anything in my whole life. I am married with 2 kids and if my husband only new how bad I have it for Twilight he would probably divorce me. I listen to the CD’s all day even have them downloaded into my work computer and listen to them at work. I am also on this site when I am supposedly working risking my job. people stare at me because I have a Edward doll at my desk, the burger king crown at my desk and also a keychain of Edward I carry with me everywhere. Yes my sanity is in question and I dream sometimes that Edward is real and I would be right beside him. Crazy uh!!!! I have watched the Twilight movie at least 100 times and can’t wait to add New Moon to my days of watching the movies.

My husband thinks I have joined some weird cult because my best friend and I have organized a ever growing group of Twifriends and we are always planning get togethers, gift exchanges, and parties (like for Edward’s birthday). I find myself spotting other Twihards in crowds and feeling compelled to go over and chat with them. It’s weird that I think Cullen crest jewelry is like some weird badge of honor. I have met up with woman in other cities, as well as my own, which is something I never thought I would do. Saying all of that, I have made some amazing friends and I wouldn’t change the craziness for even one moment.

OMG, my friend was a Twihard about a year before me and I teased her and told her she was crazy. I kept saying, I don’t have time to read. She kept telling me, you’ll love it and I said, you’re crazy. Then I watched the movie. Then all the things in my life stopped for about a week as I read all the books back to back. Then I ate crow!!! The next thing I know, I am signing up here, having her over to help me make cards, chatting with people all over the place and loving every minute of it.
