Wow-Twilight has restored my creativity, which wasn’t lost but needed new ideas. It’s given me new friends. It’s reconnected me with old friends. It’s made me totally crazy and I say silly quotes in my everyday life, but I wouldn’t change it for a second.

Ah, sanity – who needs it? I’ll be sitting at work, daydreaming of Edward and quoting lines from the books (and/or movies!), and wondering why I can’t just step through the pages into the scenes (kind of like Alice in Wonderland!).

Question my sanity? Well is it sane to take a trip to Forks for a birthday celebration for a fictional character and her creator with a 12 year old and only be there for 3 days?? I say YES but many say you’re crazy!

My 19yo came got home last night from a trip to Spain. He’s got a cold. One of the first things I thought when I talked to him was “Spanish Influenza . . . Edward Cullen . . . Twilight . . . I really need to get a life!”

Twilight has made me feel the need to find a creative outlet again. I had quit my job as a graphic artist after I had my son and it made me realize that I needed to be creative again.

My daughter who lives in California and I call each other when we watch twilight (which we do much more often than is probably safe or sane) and say Edward misses You! We also frequently quote the books and movies in public which is fun you always can tell your fellow crazies… They get it
We have been known to discuss elaborate schemes to win Edward….

I don’t need to have insanity when it comes to Twilight. I am so hooked. While reading the Twilight Saga my husband says I was having an affair with Edward. The joys of Twilight.

I read twilight even when I should be doing my work–even though I’ve probably read it a dozen times before. Insane? Who cares?!

A dear friend recommended I read the Twilight saga, heretofore referred to as THE SAGA, and I thought we just weren’t on the same reading level. It was a story for high school kids anyway and I was a grown woman. I had several books I was reading, borrowed from friends and I realized that I did not care whether or not i finished oen of them because I was so bored with them. It was at this time she brought up THE SAGA again and I told her to give me the first book. 2 days later, I was banging on her front door like a meth addict, begging for New Moon, and so it wen through all four books. I was wrong, she was right. In two weeks time, I read all four, completely ignoring my family. It actually reminded me of what it felt like to devour a book again and I was caught up and re-enlighted and decided to go ahead and begin the novel I always wanted to write. Feel free to see what I wrote on my blog about reading these books. I really was questioning my sanity until I cam to the resolution that Stefanie Meyer was a grown woman and so was I and there is no shame in relating to or loving her books!

When I first read the series I couldn’t put it down, I played Candyland with my kids while reading it and then dreamt about it at night. I secretly want to buy Twilight jewelry and the “junior” line of clothes at Nordstroms….but I’m afraid my husband might leave me if I start wearing an Edward necklace….

I’ve lost some of my friends, since all I’m talking about is Twilight.. I can talk about Twilight for hours, without being bored! I’ve groomed my brother into becoming i Twifan, and I’m always making him ask me stuff about Twilight.. it is a little tragic, I know..

Twilight insanity is when you are arguing about Rob Pattinson, whether he was as gosh darn hot in Harry Potter as Twilight – and there’s nobody else in the room. That’s because you’re arguing with yourself!!!! That’s when you know you’ve gone over the edge!

Team Jacob all the way baby!!!!!!!! I have been praying to God ever since twilight came out that I could stand on the set of new moon where Taylor Lautner stood!!!! i Just completely LOVE him!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When i read their books i was blown away…it was like the book was sucking every inch of me into it!!!! The way the book described the senery was so vivid and clear it was like a movie in my head. Most of my friends be joking about me because, when I put a Twilight book in my face i wont stop reading it until im done(not even t pee!!!!) I guess people can call me insane but i dont care because we all have a little insanity in us. But even though twilight is mostly and mainly about Eward and Bella I will always be with team Jacob untill I die and beyond!!!! I LOVVE YOU TALYOR LAUTNER!!!!!!!!

Ok, where to start. I am a 35 year old mother of 3. I have not gotten worked up about anything like this since High School. I used to laugh at my friends and their obsession with the saga, until I finished the whole series a week ago. Wow… I never have given much thought about another man in my life since I married 10 years ago, then came Edward. I eat, sleep and breathe the novels at present and have even turned my 7 year old into a die hard fan. We are thinking of adding some additons to the household, be it baby or pet, just so we can have a bella and Edward to call ours.. So have I lost it…. the question is yes!

Oregon winters can be harsh and for me depressing…that is until my MIL told me to start reading about my favorite things…romance and vampires. I said , okay….not knowing that it would forever change my life. First of all it “saved” my life by pulling me out of a huge depression. I forgot all about the blues and was pulled into their world. I swoon with Bella in twilight, I empathized like mad for Bella in New Moon, got a little heated in Eclipse(about a leg hitch), and went on a huge whirlwind about Breaking Dawn.
Because it pulled me in so much I feel for these characters, and that’s where some have said I’ve lost my sanity. I think of it as a healthy interest and knowing that there’s many of you gals that feel the same way makes it all worth it.

Since reading TWILIGHT SAGA about 3 times, makes me wonder where have i been? I am a mom of 2 and I read and read and can’t put the books down. I guess the big question is…what i am to do once all the movies are out? What do we look forward to.. I know i look forward to one day reading MIDNIGHT SUN completely…someday

My bedtime stories – every night – is reading Twilight so I can have beautiful dreams. When I wake up, the first thing I do is boot up my computer so I can check on any Twilight happenings during the night. When I get to work, I check to make sure nothing happened while I was going to work. I’m just a lilttle bit obsessed — and insane!

The fact that i hated twitter but then found out that i can get more twilight info than i could ever have imagined by having twitter made me get an account. and now i cannot go a few hours without signing onto twitter and seeing my twilight updates. I am beyond obsessed! If i dont get an hourly dose of twilight i might spontaneuosly combust! i even bought sunglasses like rpatz and make knitwear that looks like pieces of costume that the cast wears in the movies!

Sanity? Who needs it anyway!! LOL! Sure I thought I was loosing my mind when I finished the entire Saga in about a week, read New Moon while cooking Thanksgiving dinner, and even went out on Black Friday last year to purchase Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. I just passed this off as the effects of malnourishment, lack of sleep, and lack of real life human interaction!

How has Twilight made me question my sanity? It was never more evident than when I found myself buying the little Twilight candy hearts at Halloween. They smelled too fruity and didn’t taste very good, but I had to have them!

If you call turning my computer on everyday just to check twilightmoms.com to see if there are any new updates for a year and a half crazy, then count me insane. Or if you think dreaming about Twilight all the time is a little crazy then that is too bad because I can’t help myself.

I’m a Twilight-obsessed Twilight Mom. I love Edward to pieces! I spend hours every day thinking of Twilight scenarios and can’t seem to get enough. My husband thinks I’ve gone over to the dark side and my son just shakes his head! Oh well, it is what it is!

Once I started in the Twilight world I couldn’t stop, thought about it day & night, tied every conversation or song to the books. For a woman in her early 40′s, this is not ok, there was something wrong with me (so I thought) Thank God for TM’s website, the forum that talked about the addictive nature/chemical responses helped me to settle down a bit, I really thought there was something wrong with me. Every time I have read through the series I hit a major depression half way through Breaking Dawn because I don’t want it to end, it’s really created a Happy Place for me to escape to!

Because I read the four the entire series in one week and I didn’ t even have them, whenever I finished one I would go to the mall and buy the next one…the mall is half hour away from my house and I have no money, so that presented quite a challenge. I have never read so eagerly in my life….anyways, I wasnt the one that questioned my sanity, my husband did, lol…I guess he was jealous(grin) though I have to admit he must be, he has some shoes to fill. In conclusion,I am the laughing stock of my family…but I dont care, I will always proudly be a die hard Twilight fan..=)

There have been many time that my husband has questioned my sanity about my love for Twilight. I use everyday quotes from Twilight and feel like a teenager when I talk about it! I also question my sanity when I look at my beautiful display I have for my Twilight books!!!
