MTV posted the teaser trailer for Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning’s new movie, The Runaways.

    I think the trailer looks amazing! Definitely on my list of movies to see. And I love that we get to hear Kristen singing in the trailer – she sounds good!

    nah won’t see it even when it comes out on dvd. Not very interesting to me. I’m sure Kristen and Dakota did a great job as they are great actresses.

    If I happen to earn a free DVD rental while it’s freshly in my mind and on the shelves, I’ll probably see it that way. I’m not much for seeing films just for the sake of the actors staring in them and this one just doesn’t interest me otherwise.

    The picture you have posted for the link is…WOW…she looks JUST LIKE JOAN!!! I love movies about strong women and I love JOAN JETT! I was more into here when she went off on her own and as a 12 year old girl…Joan was KICK ASS COOL! I can see Kristen doing her justice. She has that attitude like “I don’t care ~ this is who I am ~ EAT ME!” Good luck Kristen and Dakota!

    Nope. Never been into Joan Jett’s music and, personally, it looks just like any other rockumentary.

    I’ve been interested in seeing this since I heard they were thinking of making a movie about the runaways! Dakota looks amazing as Cherie Currie and I’m sure she’ll be awsome. I’m a huge Joan Jett fan and I’m sure Kristen Stewart will kick ass playing her!

    I will probably see it. Having a teenage mother, I grew up listening to that kind of music and I love it to this day.

    While I don’t love all the movies I’ve seen Kristen in, I do think she’s a great actress in that she delivers such depth and feeling. I have always liked Dakota so I’ll be checking it out at some point. It looks pretty wicked.

    I can’t wait to see this! I know Kristen will definitley do Joan some justice. I don’t think ANYONE could play her as realistically as Kristen. Kindred spirits to the core. And if you’re old enough to remember or to have see the Runaways you’ll know that Dakota is no slacker as Cherie either. Girl power and Rock were desperatley needed and they provided!
