Can’t get the clip. Does it pop right up or do I need to search for it? There is a window that opened right up that I thought would be the clip but nothing is happening. Maybe too many people are trying to watch it? Any suggestions would be great,.

On the main screen, right underneath the DVD cover, there is a link that says “Watch the trailer and exclusive bonus content” Click that and it will bring up a trailer and then the deleted scene.
