Kellan Lutz is a Greek God

I am glad Hollywood is finally noticing what I have known all along, lol. In all seriousness, Kellan is stepping into the role of another mythical being. He is slated to play Poseidon, lord of the sea, in the upcoming film, “War of the Gods”. Joining him in this project will be Henry Cavill, Mickey Rourke and Freida Pinto. Can I just say that I am beyond excited to see Kellan and Henry together??? Whose with me? Filming is supposed to begin in April, but will not interfere with Kellan’s commitment to the Twilight Saga in any way.
Here is a brief synopsis of the film:
Lutz will portray Poseidon, lord of the sea, as the movie tells the story of a young warrior who leads his men into battle with Greek gods as they go up against the Titans. What’s at stake? Only all of mankind.

Excited I guess but aren’t we seeing a lot of this story already? Lightening Thief and Clash of the Titans now this one?
