YAY! So excited that we have two more movies coming. With both Stephenie Meyer and Melissa Rosenberg saying it should be two films, I completely trust Summit’s judgment on one versus two movies.

Good. I’m very glad they’re doing two films. There’s more than enough material and I think two movies will really do the storyline justice.

That just means we’ll have to wait even LONGER – I’m glad they’ve decided to do two films but the wait is going to be unbearable!!!

Figured as much – but with two movies. I want to see more of the other vampires, so hopefully they will do that with the extra time.

I am pleased to know this!!!!!!! The Twilight saga is definitely a mark of this era! Just imagine looking back on all of this fun 20 years from now! *wonders how all the actors will look and how their careers will have progressed* I can just picture TwilightMoms reunions with all the pictures, scrap books and memorabilia!

Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!!!! Please oh please make the first one end after Bella’s baby is delivered with the dramatic ending of Edward trying to save her. And, please oh please start the second with her living in the darkness of the silent burning and waking up all sparkly and beautiful. It would be so true to the book and perfect. Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ivy, that is exactly how I picture it, the 1st movie cuts off right after Edward sticks her in the heart with the venom, maybe it goes dark and all you hear is a slowing heart beat…then the next one begins in darkness with Kristin Stewart describing what it is like. Then when her eyes open, we get to see what she is seeing…..gives me the chills…

Very happy they are doing 2 movies. There is way too much to cover in the book to try and smush it all into one movie!

I can finally exhale I so needed this movie to be split in two .. there’s just too much going on to try and fit it all into 2 hrs .. I think thats a good part to end the first movie but Im thinking they might do it as more of a cliff hanger & instead of waiting until she burns they could also do it when Jake walks down the stairs leave people freaking out LOL

Thrilled to see that “Breaking Dawn” is going to be in two movies — as it should be. I love that they are taking the time to make it right. I CAN wait until Nov 2011. It will be worth the wait! Thank you Stephanie! Thank you Summit!
