I had no problem with this clip. A lot of comments on other fan sites are really bad. i know that for time reasons and flow that had to change some scenes and it doesn’t bother me. Robert and Kristen and Taylor along with the rest of the cast do a great job. I am sure David is a great director and Melissa is good at what she does too. If Stephenie Meyer approved it and doesn’t have a problem with it it is fine with me how it tuns out things can’t always be how they are written in a book. The thing that is prob going to make a lot of people even more upset is if they get the tent scene wrong. I don’t care either way. From what i heard when oprah had the screening every one was fine with it everyone loved it

I am okNOT with them completely changing a scene. It is one thing to change some aspects such as location. It is ok for them to edit the convo some to shorten it for the movie but it is quit another to change the complete outcome of a scene. That changes the story!! I will be there to see the movie and I am sure I will love it. How could I not staring atEdward for 2hours. But I will not like changes like that at all and I surely hope they do NOT do that to Breaking Dawn!! NUTSABOUTROB

I’m with you on this one Jody :) Besides I will hold all judgment till I finally see the entire film! But from all the clips I have seen so far, and the few comments of praise I have heard from those lucky few who have already watched the film… I have a feeling I will not be upset with the end results.

Ekkkkkk….. okay, at first I turned to my husband and said, “That is not how it went in the book!” I don’t see why they have to change the sequense of events to condence. It was much better when Bella was overcome with fear and needed to hold on to Edward. But I am holding out judgement until I see the complete movie. If it works as a whole, we will see. I too feel like I will not be upset with the end results….we devoted fans are just such sticklers with our beloved stories, we take some convincing! But this movie is going to be the best of them all, from the positive comments I have heard, I have high hopes for Breaking Dawn. I don’t think that one scene will change the outcome of the story, deep breath, it will be okay :)

ok. as someone who loves bella and edward. that scene kinda hurt my heart. even though i know how the story ends .but i also know that scenes have to be changed from page to screen. and i guess that having her leave with jacob turns up the angst a lot.

OK OK I got it. First let me say that even though I didn’t like that change I know I will still looooove the movie as a whole. I mean how can you stare at Edward for 2 hours and not like it!! But I come to a conclusion…we look at the story from the book point of view and theyare making a movie out of the story we desperately love BUT they are making a movie to appeal to everyone even the ones who haven’t read the books. Theyare trying to pull people in to make alot of money even from people who are not as devoted to the stroy as us TWIHARDS are! So they give us what we want but they change it to appeal to the whole public. Plus theyare trying to give those team butthead jakob fans a little more. I guess I’ll will let them slid as long as eveyone knows who the REAL MAN is and who wins…..EDWARD (sigh) Glenda
