Eclipse Soundtrack Nominated for American Music Award

The American Music Award nominees were announced today, and Eclipse is nominated for Favorite Soundtrack, up against Iron Man 2 and Glee: The Music, Volume 3 Showstoppers. You can vote for Eclipse here.
Muse and Vampire Weekend, two bands who contributed songs to the Eclipse soundtrack, are also nominated in the Favorite Alternative Rock Artist category. You can vote for one of these bands here.
Voting ends on Friday, November 12, and the winners will be announced live during the 2010 American Music Awards on Sunday, November 21 at 8:00 PM EST.
Twilight won the Favorite Soundtrack category at last year’s American Music Awards. Similar to the Scream 2010 award nominees, it looks like all things New Moon were skipped in favor of nominating Eclipse.
