Nikki Reed to Star in Thriller “Downers Grove”

Nikki has signed on to star in the upcoming thriller Downers Grove, along with actress Hayden Panettiere. According to MTV:
Downers Grove, based on the novel by Michael Hornberg, follows a cursed Chicago high school that suffers the peculiar death of a senior each year before graduation.
There’s no word about which roles Reed and Panettiere will play, but the novel focuses on two main characters: Chrissie, a senior from a troubled home, and her sexually adventurous best friend, Tracy.
The film is set to begin production in spring 2011 in Louisiana, so it looks like Nikki will be spending some additional time in the state after Breaking Dawn filming wraps.
