Radar Online talked with Bronson to find out the truth about rumors that he was beaten up at a recent Twilight convention in the UK:
The Twilight event was held at the same Hilton hotel as a large wedding, and it seems that some of the wedding guests decided to take on a Twilight hunk.
“These five drunken hooligans followed me into a restroom,” Bronson says. “They did it because they wanted to jump somebody who was in Twilight.
“Two of the guys tried to choke me,” Bronson adds. “I pushed back and threw them off me.”
Security was on the scene almost instantly, and as the thugs scattered the local police, using Tasers, were on the scene.
Bronson goes on to say that he didn’t suffer any cuts or bruises, and rumors that his noise was broken are incorrect. You can read the full article here.

I was there and it was no where near as bad as it sounds. There was a rather rude group of men as part of a wedding party who tried to get into one of the functions which was run for us (I think our party was better than theirs) and it ended up with a bit of a fuss. Bronson happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and I had hoped this would all disappear (as it happened a month ago) but it seems not – I hope this doesn’t put off other stars coming to Eternal Twilight Conventions as we get so little over here in the UK compared to the states. The team that run ET here are fantastic and did, in fact, get injured whilst making sure that Bronson did not. So, don’t believe all you hear in the press guys, we need you to keep coming to visit us!!!
