    Happy birthday Stephenie! I hope your special day is wonderful as well as your Christmas holiday. The gift you have given to us DieHard/TwiHards is wonderful!! Last year when New Moon came out, my girls wanted to go see it so badly but I really had no interest. My husband was in the hospital being treated for colo/rectal cancer and our Thanksgiving was a bum so I took the girls to the theater to make them happy. I fell hard in love. I came home and started reading the books. I then found out that my husband needed emergency surgery for a bowel obstruction and it didn’t go well. He was on a respirator for several days and in the ICU. I had the books with me to help my mind relax otherwise I would’ve thought things that would’ve sent me into a panic. I’ve been addicted ever since. They are my happy place. I am so thankful for your brain and your writing. Believe it or not, you saved my sanity. Now my husband is fine and he giggles at me every time I pick up a Twilight book to read for the 100th time. Again, happy birthday and Merry Christmas and thank you so much for everything you have shared with us.
