Peter tells the NY Daily News about being a workaholic and life as an actor.
“As an actor, it’s like you’re on a cruise of life and getting off to stop and play these people,” he adds. “I’ll never know what it’s like to be a firefighter, or a doctor, or a lawyer, or a vampire, but I get to play them.” …
“I enjoy working,” he says. “I’m always happiest when I’m at work. When I’m not working, it saddens me.”
Well, to a point. …
“Your energy level is high,” he says about being reared in New York. “You push yourself to get ahead. People always say you should live in New York City once; it gives you an edge.” …
“I’m not much of a planner,” he concedes about his career. “I said one thing to myself when I started out: I’m going to dedicate myself to acting. I made a promise to myself I was going to work in this business, one way or another.”
It worked.
“All of a sudden,” he says, “I blink my eye and I have 16 years behind me and 40 or 50 credits.”
